The new season of “Black Mirror”, now streaming on Netflix, delivers three all-new takes on the creepy, immediate future. One of the best episodes, “Rachel, Jack and Ashley, Too”, features a lonely teenager who yearns to connect with her favorite pop star – whose charmed existence isn’t quite as rosy it appears.
Miley Cyrus is featured as said pop star, Ashley O, whose hit single sounds awfully familiar to Nine Inch Nails‘ Head Like a Hole. While I couldn’t get the inside scoop as to how involved the band was, it appears they were at some capacity. This morning, NIN commemorated the episode with this hysterical faux t-shirt boasting Ashley O’s inspirational chorus, “Head like a hole! I’m on a roll! Riding so high! Achievin’ my goals!”
