Considering what’s going on behind this title, this has to be one of the most anticipated releases for 2010. This summer EA Games is set to being you the video game Dante’s Inferno, while Anchor Bay is timing an animated feature film for a direct-to-disc release alongside of it. All the while, Universal is developing an entire live-action feature film for 2010. While we wait to see how it all turns out, NECA is already prepping an action figure of “Dante” and it slipped right under our noses at the New York Toy Fair. Inferno will mirror the game’s plot and follow Dante’s journey through the nine circles of Hell — limbo, lust, gluttony, greed, anger, heresy, violence, fraud and treachery — in search of his true love, Beatrice.
