The always beautiful Maria Bello (A History of Violence, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor) and Stephen Dorff (Blade) are toplining indie thriller Carjacked with Peter Medak directing and production starting next month in Baton Rouge, La. The story, penned by Sherry and Michael Compton, centers on a single mother and child who are carjacked by a bank robber who has no intention of letting them go. I expect there to be some serious tension. Previously, Ron Perlman and Saffron Burrows were originally tapped to star with Dan Reed directing.
