To go along with the newly released trailer, Bloody Disgusting has been provided with three hi-res stills from Wes Craven’s Scream 4, his highly anticipated return to the franchise that took over the ’90s. In theaters April 15, the new film sees the return of cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, along with a group of new stars – Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, Anthony Anderson, and Marielle Jaffe – who can hopefully stay alive long enough to figure out the new rules to this one-of-a-kind horror franchise.
