Mans Marlind and Bjorn Stein’s long, long delayed thriller Shelter, starring Julianne Moore and Jonathan Rhys Myers, has been acquired by the Weinstein Company for a theatrical release here in the States on February 25, 2011. The film has already been released in various other countries as you’ll find clips and various articles about the film here. In addition, the Weinsteins have already set a March 4, 2011 (happy birthday to me!) release for Apollo 18, Timur Bekmambetov’s found footage sci-fi horror flick that’s already behind cameras.
