Well Go USA Nabs ‘Strippers vs Werewolves’
Well Go USA has picked up North American rights to Strippers vs Werewolves from U.K. independent sales and distribution label Kaleidoscope Film Distribution.
In Jonathan Glendening’s Strippers vs Werewolves, a turf war breaks out after a strip-club murder in this kick-ass revenge saga full of immense action and sharp one-liners.
The stunning Barbara Nedeljakova (Hostel, Hostel II) leads the cast alongside Sarah Douglas (Superman), Robert Englund (Freddy vs. Jason, Nightmare on Elm Street), Lucy Pinder, Martin Kemp and Ali Bastian.

“Jeanette, the club’s careworn owner, believes murdering customers is bad for business, so she orders the club’s bouncer to quietly dispose of the body. And there the matter should end … if Mickey hadn’t been a member of a bloodthirsty and vengeful pack of werewolves.
When Mickey’s corpse surfaces, Jack Ferris, the werewolves’ charming and vicious leader, swears bloody vengeance and sends his pack out to hunt down the killers. Little does he know, Justice is actually the fiancée of his second in command, Scott. After scaring up a strong theatrical run, Oddity director Damian McCarthy’s Hokum heads home to Digital this week.

I wrote in my review for Bloody Disgusting, “A quaint Irish hotel with a deeply haunted history awaits an American writer in McCarthy’s third outing, continuing his streak for folkloric tales of supernatural karma and spine-tingling terror with a dark sense of humor.”
What’s next from Damian McCarthy? He’s currently writing a haunted house movie, but recent comments suggest he may be moving into other genres beyond that upcoming project.
