When Paul McCrane’s Emil has a nasty encounter with some toxic waste, it’s pretty hard to watch him come to grips with is immediate dissolution. It’s almost merciful when he’s finally splattered by a car. I mean, does that look comfortable? I almost included the death of Peter Weller’s Murphy here, as that’s almost even more unbearable. Maybe next time!
