Indie horror hit Cry of Fear was among the first batch of titles to be greenlit by the Steam community, and now its developer has given us a release date. It’s coming soon — like, next week soon. Like, April 24th soon. That doesn’t give me much time to go out and grab a couple pairs of Depends, but I’ll manage.
The best part? It’s a free standalone! The first part probably doesn’t require any explanation — it means you won’t have to drop any cash to play it — and the “standalone” bit means you won’t need to own Half-Life to access it. Who here thinks they’re brave enough to get their Cry of Fear on next week?
