Released way back in 2005, “Resident Evil 4” remains as one of my all-time favorite video games, horror or otherwise. It took a franchise that was still very much at the top of its game and reinvigorated it, and the result was one of the greatest games of the PS2 era. It’s a masterpiece, and while I much prefer to take my time with it when I return to its creepy, Ganado-infested world every now and again, seeing a professional gamer take it down in under 100 minutes is pretty fascinating.
If you missed record holder Robert Brandl’s speed-run of “Resident Evil 4” when he streamed it earlier this month, you can catch it after the break. It’s incredible.
