In the indie horror game Curse of the Hans, I’m chased by a gaggle of Yūrei — angry spirits — through an abandoned Japanese village. Armed with a lantern on a stick, I set forth with the mission of collecting five hidden scrolls before I’m dragged, kicking and screaming, into whatever hell realm those spirits reside in.
