Unusual name aside, the indie horror game Nowhere 01 looks like a creepy love letter to Silent Hill. It’s impossible not to draw that comparison, with its empty streets, foggy town, and the twisted creatures that inhabit it all look to take a page (or two) out of Konami’s survival horror series.
According to the game’s IndieDB page, it’s “Set in a nightmarish, surreal, dank world” and follows a guy who finds himself trapped in it. His goal is to escape, but unfortunately for him, there are monsters. Unsettling ones too, if these screenshots are anything to go by. Nowhere 01 “relies on atmosphere – visual style, sound, creating a feeling of eeriness and isolation.” Screens after the jump.
