[TV] CW Order “iZombie,” “The Flash” and “The Messengers”
The CW officially made a series order for DC Comics-themed “The Flash,” from Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg, and “iZombie,” from Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero, produced by Warner Bros TV, and thriller “The Messengers,” produced by CBS TV Studios. Deadline reports.
In “iZombie,” “A med student-turned-zombie takes a job in the coroner’s office to gain access to the brains she must reluctantly eat to maintain her humanity, but with each brain she consumes, she inherits the corpse’s memories. With the help of her medical examiner boss and a police detective, she solves homicide cases in order to quiet the disturbing voices in her head.”
It stars Rose McIver, Malcolm Goodwin, Alexandra Krosney, David Anders, Robert Buckley, Nora Dunn, Ruhul Kohli.
In “The Flash,” “Barry Allen is a Central City assistant police forensics investigator who arrives in Starling to look into a series of unexplained robberies that may have a connection to a tragedy in his past. A comic book fanboy, Barry is obsessed with the Arrow unaware that working with Oliver and Felicity to solve the crime has brought him right into the dangerous world of the vigilante.”

In “The Messengers,” “When a mysterious object crashes down to Earth, a group of seemingly unconnected strangers dies from the energy pulse. But then they awaken to learn that they have been deemed responsible for preventing the impending apocalypse.”
It stars Shantel VanSanten, Sofia Black-D’Elia, Joel Courtney, Jon Fletcher, Diogo Morgado, and Craig Frank.

‘The Autopsy of Jane Doe’ Making Worldwide 4K UHD Debut from Severin Films
Every body has a secret. André Øvredal’s The Autopsy of Jane Doe is getting a brand new home video release from Severin Films, marking the movie’s debut on the 4K UHD format.
The release is part of the Severin Summer Sale, launching June 26.
When the body of an unidentified young woman is discovered at the scene of a mass slaughter, it is sent to the local coroner (Brian Cox) and his son (Emile Hirsch) for surgical post-mortem. But this corpse will reveal chilling secrets. The mortuary itself will pulse with malevolence. And as their autopsy cuts deeper, an unstoppable evil will rise.
