Previously only expected for PC and Mac, the developer behind the upcoming sci-fi horror game Caffeine has announced their plan to bring the game to PlayStation 4, if its crowdfunding campaign raises its ambitious $70,000 goal. Despite a quality proof-of-concept demo and the fact that the game definitely looks intriguing, it definitely has a few things going against it. For one, they’re asking for a lot of cash, and the first attempt only raised about $3,000.
The other problem is this is the fifth trailer we’ve seen, but in terms of content, it’d be a difficult task telling them apart. I like a low key, exploratory trailer, but five that don’t have much in terms of action or scares may be a bit much. But I’ll let you watch the latest trailer and decide for yourself.
If funded, Caffeine will arrive on PC, Mac, Linux, and PS4. It will feature Oculus Rift and controller support.
