Guitarist Adam Jones of progressive metal band Tool has posted a video of him performing a new guitar riff that will potentially be on the upcoming album, which is the follow up to 2006’s 10,000 Days. He writes that the idea came to him after writing a new section for the middle of “Hooker With A Penis”.
Jones writes:
Before the last Tour we wrote a new part in the middle of ‘Hooker’ to play live.
i often record new riffs & ideas on my phone to remember them right after the jam.
