In Park Chan wook”s extraordinary visual assault, a man is kidnapped and imprisoned for 15 years without knowing why. What follows is a twisted cat and mouse game that takes the protagonist and the audience through extremes of emotion, exploring the dark energy of vengeance.
The film is screening in celebration of Milan Records & Invada Records’s vinyl release of the soundtrack, which was composed by Cho Young-Wuk. The executive producer of this soundtrack was none other than Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive, Only God Forgives) and he also supervised the visual presentation.
