Sony has revealed their plan to motivate us to pre-order Capcom’s HD remaster of the Resident Evil REmake by making its cross-buy functionality a pre-order exclusive. This means you’ll unlock the PS3 version of the game by pre-ordering it on PS4, and vice versa. Folks who chose to go the pre-order route will also get a premium Resident Evil theme.
The Resident Evil HD remaster releases on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One for $19.99.
