Although it has not set release date, many fans are eagerly awaiting The Binding Of Isaac: Afterbirth, the upcoming DLC expansion for BoI: Rebirth. Creator Edmund McMillen is always teasing fans with little tidbits and surprises so as to keep interest piqued. And a few days ago, McMillen released “Pulso Profundum”, one of eight new tracks from the expansion.
Composed by Matthias Bossi and Jon Evans (aka Ridiculon), the track is a sinister and brooding, which is very befitting of the game if you’ve ever played it. Edmund states in his blog that the track will be used in the Depths and Necropolis levels.
