I remember seeing Jurassic Park in theaters when I was 8 years old. The reveal of the Tyrannosaurus Rex had me gripping my arm rests so tightly I thought something would break. It was one of those moments that stuck with me forever and locked down the film as one of my personal favorites.
The reason I started this post with a personal memory is because I know how easy it is to have some of the best parts of a film ruined these days. The internet makes it insanely easy to find out pretty much everything about a movie, to the point that seeing a film is just filling in the gaps rather than experiencing something rich and fulfilling.
That’s why I’m giving you the option to NOT see the picture of the “Indominus Rex”, the new dinosaur that will be appearing in June 12th’s Jurassic World. It’s below the trailer in this post but I wanted to ensure that you have the option to click away and save that precious revealing moment for the actual film. After all, do you want to see it as a motionless picture on here or would you rather see it “alive” on screen?
