This might exists only in Japan, but there are guys who just talks scary stories on stage, like a stand-up comedy but not funny, scary. And he’s the most well-known one in Japan. He really just stands there and talks scary stories. It’s just that sometimes I’m not really sure what he’s saying because he doesn’t speak that smoothly.
