We told you back in March (on Friday the 13th nonetheless) that NECA was hard at work at new toys based on Sean Cunningham’s Friday the 13th.
NECA shared plans for new figures based on Cunningham’s 1980 breakout slasher hit, while putting on display prototype heads for both Mrs. Pamela Voorhees (played by Betsy Palmer) and Jason Voorhies (Ari Lehman).
They’re said to be from NECA’s Mego-style clothed line, and promises to give us the first ever Jason in figure form, which is exciting in itself.
Gearing up for this summer’s San Diego Comic-Con, NECA shared a brand new look at little Jason, and he’s the best Mego-styled figure to date. I love his Camp Crystal Lake t-shirt!
