Explore a Swiss Fortress in ‘Killing Floor 2’s New Volter Manor Map

Developer Tripwire Interactive has detailed the first content patch for their co-op horror shooter Killing Floor 2. The update should automatically download the next time you boot up the game.

Included in the patch is a brand new map for you to paint red with Zed blood. Volter Manor takes us to a modern fortress that’s set on a Swiss cliff side and practically brimming with secrets. Sounds like the ideal place to “This is Sparta!” unsuspecting Zeds right off the cliff.

The update also introduces a number of tweaks, bug fixes and new achievements, as well as the return of Item Hunts. Owners of the original Killing Floor will likely recognize the voices of Alan Wilson and Mark Hayler, who reprise their roles as Masterson and Briar. The two classic characters will only be unlocked if you own the first game.
