If you’re a fan of the GPS app Waze, then you’re in for a treat! Starting Monday, you can have none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger’s voice direct you in your travels, according to USA Today.
The gimmick is a promotion for the upcoming sci-fi/action film Terminator: Genisys, which is the fifth film in the franchise. Apparently, Schwarzenegger spent an hour recording several standard phrases and commands.
Will Arnold use it himself?
Of course I’m going to use my voice. That’s a must. When I get into the car and a passenger sits there and all of a sudden you punch up the app and there’s me talking. Then they will go, ‘What the hell is going on in this car?’ It’s funny.
The Arnold voice option will last only through mid-July. The film itself comes out July 1st.
