Resident Evil 0 HD
Capcom told us they’d have a playable demo of the upcoming Resident Evil 0 HD remaster at E3, and they didn’t disappoint. BD staffer Don seemed to enjoy it, and it appears to have visuals that look to be about on par with the remaster of the Resident Evil remake that arrived in January. It may need more than that to stand out, but we’ll see.

Phantasmal – City of Darkness
The second fresh addition to the Xbox One’s increasingly spooky line-up of indie games came with the unveiling of a procedurally generated horror game called Phantasmal. Its E3 trailer looked good until it had to get all spider-y.

Capcom’s KITCHEN
Capcom revealed a new game engine at E3 last week by asking unsuspecting attendees to strap on a Project Morpheus VR headset and step into their KITCHEN. I don’t know what kinds of horrors lurk in this demo, but they seem pretty effective.
