Killing Floor 2
Aside from being tremendously successful, E3 2015 also introduced us to the very first PC Gaming Show. Tripwire was there to show off more of their horror shooter Killing Floor 2, out now on Steam, and they even shed some light on what’s coming up next for fans of the game. Spoiler: it’s exciting. DayZ
I expected to hear more about that PS4 release date, but DayZ zigged when I thought it would zag when it was announced the game will eventually get a single-player mode. I can’t decide if this makes the game more realistic, or less. A real apocalypse would bring about its fair share of bandits, but I don’t imagine they’d have as significant of a presence in post-apocalyptic Earth as they currently do in really any public server.
Release Date: Out now on Steam; no word on a PS4 release or when the content will arrive.
Until Dawn
The more we see from Until Dawn, the more worried I get that the game we’ll soon be getting won’t be the one the slasher genre needs to gain a foothold in video games. We still have Summer Camp, Last Year, Splatter Camp, and the Friday the 13th video game, but I really want this game to be good.
