Warm Bodies beauty Teresa Palmer has been cast alongside Gabriel Bateman (“Stalker”) in New Line Cinema’s Lights Out, which is to be produced by Saw, Insidious and The Conjuring‘s James Wan.
“The story centers on a supernatural entity attacking a family, with one of the members required to step up to protect them from a threat that can be seen only when the lights go out.”
David F. Sandberg directs with Eric A. Heisserer writing the script based on Sandberg’s 2013 short film (below).
Heisserer’s writing credits include The Thing, A Nightmare On Elm Street, Final Destination 5 and Hours, which he also directed.
