Poptaters has announced that they will be releasing two horror-themed Mr. Potato Head-styled dolls, one themed after A Nightmare On Elm Street‘s Freddy Krueger and one after Friday The 13th‘s Jason Voorhees! Priced at $17.99 each, both are coming in October this year and are available to pre-order via Entertainment Earth (link for Jason), link for Freddy).
Freddy’s description reads:
From a Fried-Mare on Elm Street! Everybody’s favorite sharp-gloved spud is now the A Nightmare on Elm Street Freddy Kruger Poptaters Mr. Potato Head.
Jason’s reads:
It’s Fry-Day the 13th! Everybody’s favorite crazed spud in a hockey mask is now the Friday the 13th Jason Voorhees Poptaters Mr. Potato Head.
Both gleefully state, “Take a stab at decorating your desk with the sportiest, scariest, starchiest tater in the produce section. Just don’t turn your back on him!”
