After our previous post about the Nunspoitation stage show earlier this month, The New York Times has picked up on ‘Kill Sister, Kill’ and included it on their Top 10 To Watch! As well as giving props to the production they also unearthed a teaser trailer from the Toronto dates.
Promotional materials for the musical “Kill Sister, Kill!” are top-notch grindhouse pastiche. The poster features a cross in the shape of a switchblade. And the trailer? Straight out of the old 42nd Street. Here’s hoping the story, about a nun seeking vengeance on the sickos who attacked her on the streets of ’70s New York, lives up to the retro-horror sell.
