James Bloor, who has a key role in Millennium’s upcoming horror reboot Leatherface, has joined the ensemble cast of North, a post-apocalyptic indie currently shooting in Detroit, reports Heat Vision.
Jacob Lofland (Mud), Patrick Schwarzenegger (Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse) and Sophie Kennedy Clark (Philomena) are already on board the project, “which tells of teenagers who strike out on a dangerous journey into the unknown in the wake of cataclysmic events to find family and hope for the future.”
Emmy-nominated director Matt Ogens, who directed the documentary Confessions of a Superhero, about the costumed men and women of Hollywood Boulevard, is directing.
Some cool additional news is that former Death Cab for Cutie guitarist and founding member Chris Walla is scoring!
