Per Gillian Anderson and her Twitter account, it appears that filming has wrapped up on the upcoming 10th season of “The X-Files“. Anderson posted a photo of this moment with herself and cast and crew, tagging co-stars David Duchovny and Robbie Amell.
Annabeth Gish is the most recent familiar face to come back to the series, returning as Agent Monica Reyes. Mitch Pileggi will be back as Walter Skinner and William B. Davis has confirmed that “The Smoking Man” is also set to return.
Show creator Chris Carter is once again behind the story, which premieres on January 24th, 2016.
