Toronto International Film Festival is fast approaching with 10 nights of ‘Midnight Madness’ movies tantalizing and terrifying in equal measure. With most film festivals the experience is soothed by a legion of dedicated volunteers who tirelessly give their time to the event free of charge. Cineplex has a legacy of thanking these individual with short film spots before the features play. Uniquely for the polite stereotyped Canuks the genre sections get their own memento from writer / director Rob Lazar.
