The Neon Future of ‘PAMELA’ is Darker Than it Appears

This year has left us with a myriad indie games to look forward to getting our hands on in the not-too-distant future, including a handful of titles like the sci-fi horror game Pamela, which manages to look better than many AAA efforts, thanks in no small part to its stunning neon art style.

With Mass Effect, Deus Ex, and Bioshock as its primary sources of inspiration, it makes sense that Pamela would be an open-world FPS RPG set in a Utopian future that’s been destroyed by “humanity’s craving for technological and biological advancement.”

P.A.M.E.L.A. is an open world, sci-fi survival horror FPS with RPG elements in development for Windows PC, release date TBA 2016. With inspirations including Mass Effect, Deus Ex, and Bioshock, P.A.M.E.L.A. investigates the underlying fault in humanity’s craving for technological and biological advancement.

Pamela arrives on PC sometime next year. You can learn more about it on Steam Greenlight.
