Eugene Cordero Heading to ‘Kong: Skull Island’

According to Deadline, Eugene Cordero has been locked down for a trip to Kong: Skull Island, where he’ll be starring alongside John Ortiz, Shea Whigham, Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, John Goodman, and Tom Hiddleston. The film, which is being directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts off a Max Borenstein script, brings back King Kong, the giant ape who first appeared in film in 1933.

Cordero has appeared in a great many comedy properties, including “The Kroll Show”, “Key & Peele”, “College Humor”, and more.

The story is about a man (Tom Hiddleston) who travels to the mythical island and home of the king of the apes. A team of explorers ventures inside what they find to be a treacherous island.

Kong: Skull Island is expected to come out March 10th, 2017.
