Even though Pantera will never reunite (we will never stop mourning the loss of Dimebag Darrell), we continue to celebrate what they did for music.
After attempting to be a hair metal band in the 80’s, they shifted their sound and evolved past Metallica, becoming one of the definitive metal bands of the 90’s.
Pantera ages like fine wine, and I’m still proud to rock their merch, which is why it’s so cool that they’ve released an authorized Halloween t-shirt that spoofs the cover of Vulgar Display of Power by replacing a face with a pumpkin.
It’s only $15. I want it so badly that I’d punch a pumpkin straight in the face.
