Yet another soldier has joined the army of the simians in War of the Planet of the Apes, this time in the form of Sara Canning (“Hell on Wheels”), according to Deadline. As per usual, no concrete details about her character have been released.
She joins a confirmed cast of Andy Serkis, who will reprise his role as Caeser, Woody Harrelson, Gabriel Chavarria, and Steve Zahn.
War of the Planet of the Apes is set for a July 14th, 2017 release date. Matt Reeves returns to direct after 2014’s Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
