Just about a week ago, we posted an “honest trailer” for LJN’s Friday the 13th game on the NES. It’s was a scathing take on the game that was based on the film franchise featuring Jason Voorhees and it pulled no punches in showing just how ridiculous and nonsensical the programming actually was. Well, if you’re the rare fan of the game, Mega64 has created a faux trailer for a movie based upon that very same game.
By taking inspiration from the many faults of the game, the trailer mocks LJN’s work by pointing out just how goddamn ridiculous it was to light the fireplaces in the cabins, to go into the woods, to kill Jason only for him to return again, and for Jason to wield a…toothbrush?
