Yesterday saw the release of Michael Dougherty’s Krampus, a film that many have been eagerly anticipating ever since its announcement. After all, it’s too often that we get a holiday-themed horror film, especially one that’s PG-13, which allows us to bring the whole family along for the ride.
So far, everyone I’ve seen post about it has enjoyed it immensely, including our own Kalyn Corrigan, who stated that Dougherty is the, “…King of Holiday Horror.” I’m currently traveling abroad and cannot WAIT to get back home so I can see it.
Meanwhile, to keep the Krampus hype train going, Legendary has released a charming little video that interviews director Dougherty and stars Adam Scott, Toni Collette, and Allison Tolman to ask them, “Who is on Krampus’s naught list?” It’s cute to see them playfully rag on each other and you also get to hear about Dougherty’s sick side, which is something I bet many of us would do to our friends.
