The Resident Evil 0 HD remaster arrives today, alongside the Origins Collection that bundles it with the superb HD remake we got last year. The thirteen year-old prequel to the original Resident Evil stars Rebecca Chambers, a surviving member of the missing S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team, and escaped convict Billy Coen as they try to get some motherfucking leeches off a motherfucking train.
“This is another terrific remaster from Capcom that’s easy to recommend if you never played the original, or if you’re merely itching for more classic Resident Evil,” is something nice I said about it in my review. With the exception of an all-new Wesker Mode — it’s so much fun, you guys — it’s more or less identical to Capcom’s last remaster.
