Over the last few weeks, we’ve revisited the village from Resident Evil 4’s memorable opening act and the shantytown it inspired in the sequel’s memorable, albeit less so, opener. Now it’s time to get properly acquainted with one of the original locales we’ll have the opportunity to devastate when the squad-based multiplayer Resident Evil spin-off Umbrella Corps releases in May.
The budget-priced ($30) title won’t be getting a physical release when it comes to the PC and PS4. Its competitive multiplayer will support matches with up to six players, and will focus on “quick, intense matches in compact battle zones themed from historic Resident Evil environments,” such as the ones I mentioned above.
It will also come with a Mercenaries-esque single-player mode called The Experiment. This new video from Capcom France shows off the Tricell headquarters.
