Lots of Resident Evil news lately. The latest has to do with Resident Evil 5 and its imminent arrival on the Nvidia Shield. The seven year-old platform’s somewhat sparse offering of horror games could use the boost, and this port looks darn good. It even runs at 30 fps, like its console brethren.
Capcom’s underrated co-op action game is joined by the Doom 3 BFG Edition, Killing Floor: Clamity, Dead Trigger 2, Dead on Arrival 2, both seasons of Telltale’s The Walking Dead and the mini-series The Walking Dead: Michonne.
Resident Evil 5 arrives tomorrow at the discounted price of $9.99 (reg. $14.99).
This week has also brought news of Resident Evil 7 and Revelations 3 — and don’t fret, it’s all very good news. If these reports are accurate, this could be an incredibly exciting year for fans of the series.
