Koukou Studios will debut the first episode, titled “Anomaly”, in its first-person horror adventure game Lethe on PC — through Steam — on August 1st. In this Amnesia-inspired indie game, a middling journalist inherits psychokinetic abilities when he returns to an old mining town to better understand his past, and is instead confronted with terrible secrets guarded by living horrors.
The game’s PC exclusivity is only temporary, as the developer has plans to bring it to Mac later this year. A console release has not been confirmed, and will likely depend on how well Lethe performs on PC and Mac.
