As far as social media is concerned, Twitter is the most fun place to hang out on the internet. I’ve always compared it to a bar that’s always open and is occupied exclusively by the people YOU actually want to kick back a few beers with. I spend much of my free time on Twitter and when I’m not tweeting from my own personal account (@FreddyInSpace), you can often find me tweeting from the @BDisgusting account. Come on over and interact with us, will ya?!
The reason I’m talking about Twitter is because I just stumbled upon a series of faux accounts for several different Jaws characters, and I can only assume they’re all run by the same person. A person who clearly has too much time on his hands. A person who is clearly a little bit crazy. The kind of person, in other words, who makes hanging around Twitter so much damn fun.
The mega Jaws fan created Twitter accounts for Chief Martin Brody (@ChiefBrodyAPD), Mayor Larry Vaughn (@MayorLVaughn) and even Jaws 2‘s Amity Island real estate developer Len Peterson (@LenPetersonJr), and he regularly tweets from all three accounts. He also uses the accounts to interact with one another, and we must say, things often get quite humorous.
Check out some of our favorite Jaws tweets below!

My son Larry Jr and I stopped by Mrs Kintner’s house to say happy #Thanksgiving and she slammed the door on us. The nerve on that woman!

We still to this day have no confirmation that Alex Kintner died in our waters. For all we know he’s running a Cinnabon in Witchita.
