THR is reporting that Daniella Pineda, pictured in “The Originals”, will star alongside Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt in Universal’s Jurassic World sequel.
J.A. Bayona is directing the follow-up, which recently added “The Get Down’s” Justice Smith, with Rafe Spall and Toby Jones.

Jurassic World helmer Colin Trevorrow co-wrote the screenplay with Derek Connolly, and will exec produce with Steven Spielberg. Belén Atienza, Patrick Crowley and Frank Marshall will produce.
The 2015 feature grossed $1.67 billion at the global box office, becoming the fourth highest-grossing movie of all time.
The park opens again on June 22, 2018.
