13 dolls will be hidden throughout the iconic Times Square museum.
The marketing campaign for David F. Sandberg’s upcoming Annabelle: Creation (read our review) has been pretty awesome so far. For the UK release, fans will be able to take part in an immersive experience that will allow them to babysit Annabelle herself.
Here in the US? Well, Ripley’s wants you to hunt for her!
In anticipation of Annabelle: Creation, coming to theaters on August 11, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Times Square will be hosting a scavenger hunt for 13 of the sought-after, possessed Annabelle dolls created by Mezco Toys.
From 5pm until midnight on Friday, August 4, visitors to Ripley’s can embark on their hunt for the 13 dolls hidden throughout the iconic Times Square museum. All participants will receive a $10 discount off their admission to Ripley’s.
Once a participant finds all 13, they’ll win various prizes provided by Warner Brothers including screening tickets, swag, collector items and they’ll be eligible to win one of the official Annabelle dolls which are sold-out nationwide!
