What do you get when you cross a pair of pissed off lovers and a demonic rape? Episode 112 of World of Death, duh!
Kicking off today’s episode is L.M. Harter‘s THE DUELING DARLINGS, a sad tale of acrobatic lovers sparring over a relationship gone sour… all on the high wire! Things go really south – no pun intended – as we discover that revenge is best served from 50 feet off the ground! Beautifully shot and masterfully crafted visual compositing make this a real crowd pleaser amongst us WOD’ers. Check it out if you’re not too afraid of heights!
Rounding out our episode today is Morgan McStott‘s film MARY. A group of men bring an extremely pregnant woman into an abandoned building where they proceed to help her give birth amongst the filth and garbage. As if that isn’t disgusting enough to leave a bad taste in your mouth, this poor mother-to-be isn’t exactly giving birth to a “normal” child. I don’t want to spoil the ending, but I’ve always dug this flick on a personal level. It’s gross, weird, fucked up, and has a cool twist! Check it out unless you get unnerved watching childbirth because this one has full on shit-coming-out-of-vagina FX action and it’s absolutely nuts!
