We’ve been keeping a close eye on artist Orlando Arocena ever since he blew us away with his Dia de los Muertos-inspired horror movie art that’s now available with select DVD/Blu-ray re-releases for the Halloween season (find them at Walmart), and he’s just dropped a truly stunning Cult of Chucky poster today!
The poster, which we must note is unofficial, is pure insanity, with knives flying all over the place and Chucky looking as maniacal as ever in the center of the piece.
Check it out below and grab one (limited to 50) in the Mexifunk shop!
In Cult of Chucky, hitting DVD/Blu and Netflix on October 3…
“Confined to an asylum for the criminally insane for the past four years, Nica Pierce is erroneously convinced that she, not Chucky, murdered her entire family. But when her psychiatrist introduces a new therapeutic “tool” to facilitate his patients’ group sessions — an all-too-familiar “Good Guy” doll with an innocently smiling face — a string of grisly deaths begins to plague the asylum, and Nica starts to wonder if maybe she isn’t crazy after all. Andy Barclay, Chucky’s now-grown-up nemesis from the original Child’s Play, races to Nica’s aid. But to save her he’ll have to get past Tiffany, Chucky’s long-ago bride, who will do anything, no matter how deadly or depraved, to help her beloved devil doll.”
Brad Dourif once again provides Chucky’s voice, while his daughter, Fiona, will be reprising her Curse role. Also returning are Summer H. Howell (Curse of Chucky), Jennifer Tilly (Bride of Chucky, Seed of Chucky and Curse of Chucky) and Alex Vincent, star of the first two Child’s Play films who returned in a shocking post-credits sequence in Curse.
