With Jason Reitman’s sequel to the original Ghostbusters on the way next year and a new Steelbook Blu-ray collection (with never-seen deleted scenes!) headed our way this summer, right about now isn’t a bad time to be a fan of the Ghostbusters franchise. In fact, thanks to 7-11, it’s a downright delicious time for fans who happen to live in Canada!
Brought to our attention by Ghostbusters News, 7-11 is currently serving up a Ghostbusters-themed Green Apple Watermelon Slurpee, along with collector’s cups and a Big Gulp mug!
The partnership celebrates the 35th anniversary of the original Ghostbusters movie, which was released in the summer of ’84. Specifically, it slimed the big screen on June 8, 1984.
