Take a ride on the dark side aboard the Haunted Halloween Train – Terror on the Tracks!
There’s a good chance everyone reading this has attended at least a small handful of haunted house attractions, but we’re going to go out on a limb and say that most of you guys have *probably* never experienced a haunted train ride. If you’re located near New Hope, Pennsylvania, you’ll have the opportunity to embark on one this Halloween season!
The New Hope Railroad’s Haunted Halloween Train is a 40-minute experience that operates on select dates from October 10th through Halloween (October 31st), with trains departing on those days at select times. Essentially, it’s a walk-through haunted attraction that takes place entirely on board a moving passenger train, with costumed actors roaming about.
When this train leaves the safety of the station, you are tossed into the hands of the unknown. Our creatures are sure to frighten the strongest of heart, and test the nerve of all onboard.
The team promises, “We do our absolute best to terrify you and your friends. Our goal is to make you scared. Really scared! We recommend ages 13 and older (PG-13). Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. We prefer no one under the age of 11 go inside the event due to the mature content of our production.”
Coach Class features vintage passenger equipment built between 1913 and 1935 and are heated for the scary trip to the unknown. Seats are comfortable padded, high-back, bench-style type which create a great setting for large groups. “Off-peak” tickets for adults (13+) are going for $39.99 each, with “Peak” tickets on different dates selling for $49.99 each.
