If you want toys of the new Losers’ Club from last year’s IT you’re gonna have to get them from Funko, as NECA just notified a fan over on Twitter that there are currently zero plans to turn Beverly, Richie and the gang into action figures. What’s coming soon, however, are two action figures of Pennywise, both the 1990 and 2017 versions!
NECA just shared behind the scenes photos of 1990 Pennywise and 2017 Pennywise, noting that both figures are “getting closer to production & are looking incredible!!”
Mind you, these were shown off at Toy Fair, but we figured you’d dig some new shots!
Original Pennywise: “Based on Tim Curry’s portrayal of the terrifying clown, this 7” scale figure is faithful to his on-screen appearance and packed with detail and accessories. Pennywise is fully articulated and features a total of four interchangeable heads, plus alternate monster hands, noisemaker, bunch of balloons and paper boat. Comes in collector-friendly deluxe window box packaging with opening flap.”
2017 Pennywise: “Based on Bill Skarsgård’s portrayal of the nightmare-inducing clown, this 7” scale figure has been painstakingly detailed to be as accurate to Pennywise’s ornate costume as possible. To recreate the most terrifying scenes from the movie, the fully articulated figure features three interchangeable heads, interchangeable hands, red balloon and paper boat. Comes in collector-friendly deluxe window box packaging with opening flap.”
