Collectibles company NECA has released a ton of different Friday the 13th figures over the years, most recently stepping way outside the box for a “Dream Sequence Jason Voorhees” figure from A New Beginning. Years back, you may remember, they even made a blue and purple NES Jason! So what’s next, you ask? Well, anything and everything is on the table.
Answering questions over on Twitter these last couple days, NECA noted that they “hope to get to them all eventually,” referring to Ultimate editions of every incarnation of Jason from the Friday the 13th films. That question was specifically in regards to Uber Jason from Jason X, so that’s one Jason figure you should be expecting from NECA in the future.
“Even Roy is a possibility,” the company also teased, again referring to their Ultimate line. Not too long ago, NECA already did release a retro-style Roy Burns action figure.
One Ultimate Friday the 13th figure we won’t be seeing, they note, is Pamela Voorhees, as they don’t have the likeness rights. Again, they did already release a retro-style Pam.
