NECA Shows Off Upcoming Godzilla Action Figure from 1962’s ‘King Kong vs. Godzilla’

Published

on

Not to be confused with Legendary’s Godzilla vs. Kong, coming in 2020, the two monsters first clashed up on the big screen in 1962’s King Kong vs. Godzilla, and one of NECA’s first new toys of 2019 is based on Godzilla’s appearance in that mashup flick. The company showed off a brand new image gallery for their Godzilla 1962 action figure today.

The figure measures 6″ tall and 12” long from head to tail. It features over 30 points of articulation, including an articulated tail!

Expect this version of Godzilla early this year.

On a related note, also coming this year is a highly unique figure from NECA that’s painted up like the poster art for the original Godzilla’s release here in the States, back in 1956!
